This page explains what information en.fbla.org.cn collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. Effective May 24, 2026.
Who we are
en.fbla.org.cn is an independent editorial guide to the FBLA Business Competition. The site is operated by an independent editorial team and is not affiliated with FBLA-PBL, Inc. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
What we collect
We collect two categories of information:
- Analytics data — anonymized page views, referrer, browser type, country/region, and time-on-page. Collected via Google Analytics 4 and Baidu Tongji. Used solely to improve content and identify topics of reader interest.
- Information you voluntarily provide — when you scan our WhatsApp QR and message our advisor, you share your WhatsApp profile name and any details you choose to send. We use this only to respond to your inquiry.
What we do NOT collect
- We do not require account registration. No email or phone-number collection forms.
- We do not run remarketing or third-party advertising trackers.
- We do not sell, lease, or share student information with third parties.
Cookies
The site uses cookies for: (a) Cloudflare edge caching, (b) Google Analytics / Baidu Tongji session identification, and (c) WordPress essential functions (admin sessions). All non-essential cookies can be blocked in your browser settings without affecting the reading experience.
Data retention
Analytics data is retained for 14 months (GA4 default). WhatsApp conversation history is retained at the discretion of the editorial team and may be deleted upon request.
Your rights
You may request deletion of any WhatsApp conversation history by messaging our advisor with the request. You may opt out of analytics tracking by enabling “Do Not Track” in your browser or installing a browser extension that blocks analytics scripts.
Children’s privacy
FBLA serves middle-school through college-age students. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you believe a minor has shared identifying information with us, contact our editors and we will delete the data.
